How groups can help
At first, participating in a group might seem frightening, having to open up to strangers and share your “stuff”. However, it can be quite an healing experience. Group therapy has been proven to be quite effective in identifying patterns that hold us back from living our ideal lives and having the relationships we want. We heal in community. There is something to having someone witness your pain and grow that can be immensely validating. Groups generally meet once or twice per week with 8-10 people. Here’s how groups can help

Allowing you to create relationships that work, engage in satisfying work and most importantly experience positive emotions more often.
