Solace Intervention Press is the publishing arm of my counseling practice. Here you’ll find the coloring books, journals, and digital self-care tools I create to support adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and the lingering impact of trauma.

These resources are not a replacement for therapy, but they can be powerful companions on your healing journey—especially between sessions, on hard days, or when you need gentle structure for self-care.

Coloring gives your brain something simple and soothing to focus on—especially when you’re anxious, restless, or emotionally flooded.

My coloring books are created with tired, overwhelmed adults in mind: clear lines, encouraging words, and themes that support emotional healing and self-compassion.

You can use them:

  • Before or after a therapy session

  • During quiet evenings or self-care time

  • When you need a break from screens and constant thinking

Writing can help you slow your thoughts down, notice what you’re feeling, and make sense of your experiences.

My journals and workbooks are designed for people who:

  • Struggle with staying motivated or consistent

  • Want to track their mood, goals, or growth

  • Need gentle prompts to start reflecting, instead of staring at a blank page

These may include:

  • Guided prompts for self-reflection and emotional processing

  • Space to track daily wins and moments of gratitude

  • Tools for setting small, realistic goals and building new habits over time

You can use these alongside therapy or on your own as part of your self-care routine.
